Notary, agreements, affidavits and certified copies, done correctly the first time.

Small documents carry large consequences. We draft, check and attest them properly, so they hold up when you need them.

Our documentation desk handles everyday legal paperwork for individuals and businesses, from rental agreements and affidavits to wills and powers of attorney.

We also apply for and collect certified copies of court records, so you don't have to stand in queues.

Common questions

Do I need to be present for notarisation?

Yes. The person signing must appear before the notary with identity proof.

Does a rental agreement need registration?

Leases for more than eleven months generally require registration. We advise on stamp duty and registration for your agreement.

How long do certified copies take?

It depends on the court and the size of the record. Our desk tracks your application and collects the copy as soon as it is ready.
