When money or reputation is lost online, speed matters. We help you report quickly, preserve evidence and pursue remedies properly.
Cyber offences are dealt with under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. We advise victims of online fraud and harassment, and people caught up in cyber investigations.
We also assist account holders whose bank accounts have been frozen during a cybercrime investigation.
How we can help
What to bring to your consultation
Bring whatever you have. These documents help us advise you faster:
- Screenshots of messages, posts or transactions
- Bank statements showing the debit
- Complaint acknowledgement from 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in
- Any notice from police or the bank
Common questions
I was defrauded online. What should I do first?
Call the national cybercrime helpline 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in immediately. Fast reporting improves the chance of freezing the money. Then bring us the acknowledgement.
My bank account was frozen. Why?
Accounts are often frozen when money linked to a fraud complaint passes through them. We help you find out which authority ordered the freeze and seek its release.
Can fake profiles be taken down?
Platforms have grievance processes under the IT Rules. We draft the request and escalate it if needed.
